Terms and Conditions for Online bookings
Booking
Details of all players must be entered when making the booking.
Please note that single player or 2 player bookings may be made to pair up with other players. A 3 player booking may be made into a 4 ball at anytime.
On completion of your booking you will be sent an automatic email confirming your booking reference, tee time and date of booking. You maybe required to produce a copy of this on arrival. If you do not receive confirmation within 12 hours please contact the pro shop on 01636 816626 and we will be happy to confirm the relevant details.
Society bookings cannot be made on-line. If you wish to book a society, please contact Paul Thornton, General Manager directly on 01636 816626 (opt 3) or email manager@norwoodgolf.co.uk
PLEASE NOTE: ALL THIRD PARTY VOUCHER BOOKINGS (VOUCHER MANIA, 2 FOR 1, ETC)
MUST BE MADE BY TELEPHONE AND CANNOT BE MADE ONLINE.
Payment
=====
A 25% deposit will be taken (via a credit / debit card) at the time of booking unless the booking is made less than 24 hours before your tee time, when 100% of the payment will be taken. Any balance due will be taken by staff in the pro's shop when you arrive to check-in for your round of golf.
If you have booked to play in a NPGC Open Competition the full entry fee will be charged to your card.
Cancellation Policy
===========
If you have to cancel your booking, please telephone the pro's shop on 01636 816626 (opt 1) as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be made online.
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, all money will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the total bill will be payable.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of
the green fee made to your credit/debit card.
Booking Transferable
=============
The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend.
Dress Code
=======
Usual dress code applies. Golfers should dress smartly and look the part. Golf shoes must be worn. As a general guide the following are not permitted: denim jeans, track suits, shirts without collars, football / rugby shirts, non-tailored shorts.
